Returns Policy
At catavaactivewear.com, we want you to feel comfortable and confident with every purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right, so we are pleased to offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Depending on your needs, you can request an exchange, store credit, or refund (for first-time customers only).
Our goal is to make the process smooth and transparent, while ensuring that returned items are in a condition that allows us to maintain high standards for all our customers.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Include original packaging and tags

Be free from stains, odours, pet hair, or damage

Hygiene labels (if applicable) must remain intact and undamaged
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, towels, or drinkware.
Please note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined and sent back to you at your expense.
Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

Refunds – Available to first-time customers only, processed to the original payment method (a handling fee may apply).

Store Credit – Available for all eligible returns. Store credit is valid for 2 years and can be used across our entire range.

Exchanges – One-time size exchanges are available. If an exchanged item is returned again, it will be processed as store credit.
Please note that exchanges are dependent on stock availability at the time of processing and cannot be reserved in advance.
AFTERPAY / ZIPPAY & APPLE PAY RETURNS (Catava)
If you purchased using Afterpay or ZipPay, the returns process is the same as our standard Returns Policy.

If a store credit is issued, your Afterpay/ZipPay payment plan will continue until it is paid in full.

If a refund is issued, any future instalments will be cancelled, and any payments already made will be refunded back to your account.
If you purchased using Apple Pay, the process is also the same as our standard policy.

Refunds will be processed back to your Apple Pay account (the card or payment method linked to your Apple Wallet).

If you choose a store credit or exchange, the Apple Pay transaction remains completed, and your credit or exchange will be applied accordingly.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
How to Return

Submit your request through the Catava Returns Portal.

Follow the instructions to receive a return label (where available).

If a pre-paid return label is not provided, please use a trackable shipping method at your own cost.

Each order must be returned separately with its own label (multiple orders cannot be combined).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and issue your exchange, credit, or refund as applicable.
Consumer Rights
This Returns Policy is designed to give you a smooth and fair experience. However, nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for faulty goods, and we are committed to honouring those rights.
