Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
- First-time customers are eligible for a refund on their first order (return shipping fee applies).
- International returns incur a flat fee of $15 AUD, deducted from the refund or store credit.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
